Year 6 went to the Imperial war Museum. We went there by tube ( Northern line ). We got into our groups. When we went inside we sore old planes hanging from the sky and we thought about the soldiers that gave their lives for our Country. Then we all went to our exhibits and we sore crashed cars, planes, tanks and much more. The highlight of the trip ( for me ) was when we went to the secret war exhibit. We also went into a room were we watched a old time movie. Also when we were at the Museum we all sore this peace of wood and we didn’t know what it was for but then we pulled little bits out of it and it tolled us soldiers that fought in WW2 and when they died. What surprising about the wood that you pull out stuff was that some of the soldiers died when they were 18. After all the Museum we went back to school.

The war in Afghanistan began in 2001. The  reason why Afghanistan is in war is because it was one off the a Richest country in the world. Afghanistan had a lots of Gold , Oil and natural Gas. Afghanistan border is connected both Iran and Turkmenistan, countries with the second and third largest natural gas reserves in the WORLD. Many countries decided to help Afghanistan but did not succeed unfortunately the war still continues……..

My DREAM is to do something for Afghanistan or maybe become a president of Afghanistan? In future if I do become a president I will try my best to stop the war and bring peace and justice in Afghanistan.

On Thursday 19th October 2017, our school had a successful open morning! We showed around the school with our tour guides and it was great to have a chat and show them around! I’m sure the Head Girl/Boy and the Deputies (including myself!) had fun! We hope we have more people attending to our school and enjoy what they have seen earlier on that very day.

Thanks!
